About me

I grew up on the wild cliffs of Morwenstow, North Cornwall, which kindled my interest in the outdoors. Since graduating from guiding school in Finland in 2012, I have been leading trips ever since. I guided and taught wilderness skills in Swedish Lapland, Spain, the Balkans and North America, then obtained my Master's in Landscape Ecology, before returning home to Cornwall to provide guided trips in the area I know best. When I'm not out guiding, I am either planning or embarking on a long-distance wilderness trips. I often write about these trips for national outdoor publications and present them in public speaking events.
