Hartland Quay & Welcombe

A 20 mile loop on the rugged Hartland Peninsula in North Devon. Hartland Quay has a rich and fascinating history with countless tales of shipwrecks and smuggling. If the weather allows we should have stunning views out to Lundy Island and down this spectacular coastline. We can also stop off at beautiful Welcombe Mouth and the Old Smithy Inn for a drink. There is a 0.3 mile stretch on the A39, but the rest of the route is on quiet single track country lanes.
