Clovelly & Rural North Devon

Distance: 22 miles / Duration: 4+ hours / Difficulty: Easy / Medium

An adventure through North Devon’s sleepy country lanes out to the historic village of Clovelly. The car-free village with it’s cobbled streets spills out steeply into the Atlantic. It’s a pleasant cycle out there and the route is entirely on quiet back roads. It’s pretty flat terrain and sheltered by the large hedges which makes for easy cycling. Can be extended to 5-6 if we include Hartland Quay and Welcombe too.
